You may return your order within 30 days for a full refund, after that time you may return it for store credit. Our products are fully guaranteed to be free from defects or bad craftsmanship and only of natural origins (unless clearly stated). All products are Hallmarked which guarantees their authenticity.
Our aim is to help you find the perfect jewellery which may mean returning the item for exchange or refund. In this instance we try to make the process as convenient as possible.
Returns Policy
We give you 30 days to approve your jewellery in the comfort of your home. When returning jewellery, please ensure items are returned as sent, with all packaging and tags attached. Jewellery must be unworn and not modified.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RINGS:
We are always happy to accept returns on unworn Ladies Rings between the sizes 6 and 9 and Men's Rings between the sizes of 9 and 12 W. If you order the wrong ring size we are happy to modify your ring to the correct size for only $15.
All eternity bands and rings outside of these sizes are special orders, and have been made especially for you and as such are not refundable or exchangeable.
We will firstly, of course, confirm that this is acceptable with you when we receive your order and before we take full payment.
How do I return a item?
Before you can return an item you need to speak to an associate by emailing info@12stepjewelry.com so that we can discus with you the procedure for safely mailing your return to our offices.
Please ensure no damage is caused to the jewellery whilst in your care.
